This resort is not recommended for handicapped and/or elderly people as the building has very many stairs. Check-in is only on Saturdays from 11 am - 7 pm. If you arrive after this time a security person will take care of checking you in. No pets allowed. Housekeeping every day without charge. No tips included. The front desk is located at the entrance of the resort and is opened 24 hours a day.
