[updating] Your vacation home at Stoneridge Townhomes features a gas fireplace, TV with VCR, stereo system with cassette and CD player, full size washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with microwave oven. Each unit also has a Jacuzzi tub. 1BR units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 and 1/2 baths, and a king bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 and 1/2 baths, 1 king bed, and either 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds. 3BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 3 and 1/2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. There is a US$150 security deposit required prior to check-in. No pets or smoking allowed. Parking is limited to 2 spaces per unit. If you need parking for an RV please call the resort. A car is needed to fully enjoy the area. Call the resort in advance if you anticipate a late arrival after 5:30PM to obtain the lock box combination and instructions. Check-out time is 11am and is strictly enforced. You will be charged a US$25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out time.
