Studio loft units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR unit OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 has 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR/loft unit OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 has 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 2 sleep sofas. Units have stairs. No pets are allowed. Parking is about 100 yards and 25 stairsteps from the building. Most units are lofts and also have steps. Units are not handicap accessible. The resort is steps away from Steamboat Springs' main village, and there is a free public shuttle service available during ski season. A car is not necessary to enjoy Steamboat Springs, but is highly recommended to enjoy the many area attractions. Please be aware that the resort is NOT handicap accessible. The resort has two elevators on site. There are three to four steps to climb to the elevator.
