The resort is three stories and there is NO elevator. The Kona Coast Resort offers a pool-side bar, volleyball courts, arts and crafts and a jogging path on-site. Located nearby is a movie cinema and snorkeling. No pets are allowed. Air-conditioning is optional (US$58/wk for 1BR, US$77/wk for 2BR and US$87/wk for 3BR) Optional daily cleaning is US$25/day. All Hawaii resorts are required to charge a transient occupancy tax ranging from US$25 - US$35 per interval confirmed based on the unit size.
