[updating] All units at Shawnee Fairway Village are air-conditioned and have a fireplace, two televisions, a VCR and are equipped with a washer/dryer. There are no elevators. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 2 double beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6, Max 8/Pri 4 all have 2 baths and varying bed structures. There is limited handicapped accessibility. Please call the resort in advance to request special needs. UNIT OCCUPANCY IS ENFORCED UNDER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION RULES AND REGULATIONS. A US$50 security deposit and your RCI confirmation are required at check-in. The child care center is open year round providing day care only. Some amenities are seasonal; there are discounted fees for the use of some amenities. Due to the resort size, a car is recommended. Shuttle service available on the property during scheduled hours.
