[updating] Each Seawatch on the Beach unit is beautifully furnished and appointed to please the vacationer. Every condominium has a lovely view of the Gulf from the screened in balcony. All units are air- conditioned, have 2 televisions, washer/ dryer, a microwave oven and a video cassette player. Video rentals are available at the resort. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twins and 1 queen sleep sofa. No pets are permitted at the resort. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Beach towels are not provided. Office hours are: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Sunday 8:30 am-3:00 pm. If you anticipate arriving after these hours, please call the resort in advance for late check-in procedures. Maid service is available for a fee of US$25 per day.
