Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. The 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. Not all studio and 1BR units have a balcony. Units 10, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 30, 34, 35 and 36 do have a balcony. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. None of the 2BR units have an ocean view. The 2BR townhouses OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. Townhomes (units 40 - 45) are across the street from the beach and do not face the ocean. No pets are allowed. A US$100 security deposit is required upon check-in, payable in cash or credit card. A car is recommended to enjoy your stay fully.
