Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen sofa murphy bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 murphy queen bed, 1 sleep sofa and either 1 double or 1 queen bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. The resort strictly enforces the occupancy of the units. No pets are allowed. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. BBQ grills are on site. US$100 security deposit required at check-in (MC/Visa/cash only). The deposit is refunded if no damage if found when the unit is inspected at check-out. At least 1 person checking in must be 21 yrs or older; if 20 or younger guests with parental approval must pay US$200 deposit per person. Please call resort in advance if arriving after 10pm Sat. Check-in 5pm-10pm Sat. *Per the Federal Endangered Species Act, NO light is allowed to be seen from the beach from sunset to sunrise to protect nesting of the sea turtles. Fine is $1000.
