[updating] Each Schooner Landing unit features such deluxe amenities as a whirlpool tub, fireplace, wet bar, color television, a VCR and a microwave oven. Coin-op laundry facilities are located in the clubhouse area. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR units with a loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 or 1 3/4 baths, 1 queen bed 1 twin trundle day bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1, 2 or 2 1/2 baths, and either 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. Resort has three levels and no elevator. No pets are allowed. Please note that each unit type offers varying bathroom facilities. The resort is unable to relocate guests. There is a US$25 key deposit, taken by credit card imprint only. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The resort provides free equipment for use in its Recreation Center.
