[updating] Enjoy the balmy breezes of Sanibel from the screened porch or balcony in your vacation home. All units have a washer/dryer, CD/cassette stereo and television. All units have a view of the gulf. No units are on the ground floor. The resort has two levels and does not have an elevator. Units A & B have 14 steps to enter unit; and units C & D have 28 steps to enter unit. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. -No pets are allowed. -You should bring your own beach towels. -A fax machine is available for guest use at a charge. -The resort sponsors limited organized activities. -The resort requires all occupants to be over 23 unless accompanied by a parent. -Office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon-Sun -If arriving at the resort later than 5pm, you must call 239-472-5772 to get the combination for the lock-box prior to 5pm
