[updating] The resort is a quaint motel conversion which offers air-condioned units, each with a cable TV and partial kitchen with a microwave oven. Because the units are relatively small, recommended adult occupancy is 2. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have a 3/4 bath and 1 queen murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have a 3/4 bath, a queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, 2 queen beds and a queen sleep sofa. Resort strictly enforces occupancy of units. No pets are allowed. Recreational vehicles, trailers and campers are prohibited in Indian Wells; contact the resort in advance for parking. A credit card imprint is required at check-in. Please call ahead if arriving late. The resort has two floors and no elevators. The resort's phone system closes at 5pm. Guests may still make outgoing calls. In order to receive incoming calls, the caller must have the guest's room number. PLEASE CALL THE RESORT IN ADVANCE IF A SMOKING UNIT IS REQUESTED.
