All bathrooms have water-saving showers, no tubs. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have a 3/4 bath and 1 queen murphy bed. The 1BR unit OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 has 3/4 bath, 1 queen bed and 2 twin murphy beds. The 1BR unit OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 has 1 (3/4) and 1 (1/2) bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin murphy beds and 1 sleep sofa. OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO RV PARKING IS PERMITTED. No pets allowed. There is a US$350 fine for having a pet and you will face immediate eviction. A credit card imprint upon check-in is required for a security deposit. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The resort has three floors and no elevators. Coin-op laundry facilities are on site. Linens and towels are stocked prior to check-in and are exchanged once a week. GUEST CERTIFICATES MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN.
