[updating] Located in a purpose built adult community Monte Vista offers one bedroom and two bedroom units. All units have AC, TVs, telephone, washer-dryer and microwave. The one bedroom and two bedroom units are small in size and have varying bed structures. Please contact the resort for exact details. All units are ground level and do not have interior steps. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed in the unit. A security deposit of US$250 is required at check-in. A car is recommended to enjoy the area. Check-in is between 2pm - 4pm Friday.
