Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1.75 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. There is a departure tax of approximately US$30 per person upon leaving the island. Proof of citizenship (birth certificate or voter's registration card) is required to meet immigration requirements. A Timeshare Tax/Government Tax of US$50 per unit/week is due at check-in. A major credit card or US$300 cash is needed at check-in for a security deposit. Laundry & maid service is provided for a fee.
