Unit amenities include telephone w/voicemail, TV, VCR, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, blender & toaster. All units have sleeper sofas. Studio OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 king bed. 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 or Max 4/ Pri 4 have 1 bath and 1 king or queen bed. 1BR loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 or Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, king or queen beds down- stairs and queen or 2 twins upstairs. 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths and king or queen bed. The building is historical- ly preserved and is over 100 years old. The resort has elevators and free on-site laundry. The resort does NOT have a handicap unit. During hurricane season, resort will evacuate if voluntary evacua- tion is suggested. NO pets allowed. Credit card deposit of US$70 is required at check-in as damage deposit and refunded at check-out. This urban resort does not have private parking,the resort has contra cted out with a parking garage located off site which offers 24 hour access year round at a minimal rate.
