[updating] Each Park Avenue Condominium is equipped with many amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, and television. One and two bedroom units have gas fireplaces. There are no elevators and the units do not have air conditioning. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 queen murphy bed or a sleeper sofa. These units have a partial kitchen which includes a microwave (no cooktop or oven). 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 sleep sofa and 1 murphy bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 sleep sofa and 2 murphy beds. NO UPGRADE IN UNIT SIZE IS AVAILABLE. OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. No pets are allowed. There is a US$50 security deposit required at check-in, refundable within 14 days after check-out. Mid-week maid service is available for a fee and 24 hr prior request. A car is recommended, but not necessary, to enjoy your stay. Corporate office hrs in Salt- Lake City M-F 8:30am-5pm and the on-site check-in office in Park City is 4pm to 6pm. You must call the resort in advance to obtain key information if late arrival.
