[updating] Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have one queen bed. Amenities include an under-the- counter refrigerator, toaster oven, TV, microwave oven & coffeemaker. Studios are the smallest component of a lock-out unit. Most baths have a whirlpool tub. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 or Max 6/Pri 4 have a king bed, & either a queen bed, 2 doubles or 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. All 1 & 2 bedroom units have a sleep sofa. Amenities for both 1 & 2 BR include a TV, stereo, VCR and a washer/dryer. Kitchens are fully equipped with a Jenn-Air stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster and a coffeemaker. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath. Hawaii charges a TAT tax for timeshare rooms ranging from US$27 to US$34 per week. To fully enjoy Kauai, a rental car is recommended. There is an RCI office on site. Walk-ins are welcome.
