Units at Ocean Villas DO NOT have a view of the ocean. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa. The units are 427 sq. ft and best suited for two adults and two children. 2BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. The outdoor pool is open April 1st through October 30th. A security deposit of US$ 100.00 is required upon check-in. Only cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express will be accepted. No pets are allowed. The no pets policy is strictly enforced with a US$500.00 charge if violcated. To fully enjoy the Outer Banks it is necessary to have a car.
