[updating] Each unit at Ocean East Resort Club is air-conditioned, has cable TV with VCR or DVD and HBO and a full kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. A postal service and a message service are available on-site. Although Ocean East is a beachfront property, not all units have an ocean view or a balcony. *NO SMOKING WITHIN THE BUILDING OR UNITS.* Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 murphy bed and 1 sleep sofa. These units are 360 sq.ft. but well appointed with the living area and sleeping area in the same room. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 double bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. The resort will not be able to upgrade your unit size upon arrival. There is no trailer or motor home parking allowed at this resort. No pets allowed. A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in, payable only by credid card. If you are between the ages of 21-25 and are not traveling with a parent, you will be required to pay a deposit of US$300. Resort does not offer maid service, but linen exchange is available mid-week.
