The front desk is located at the entrance of the resort within the lobby. Please contact resort if you anticipate a late arrival. No pets are allowed. The resort offers shuttle transportation to the beach without cost. All members staying at a resort in the State of Quintana Roo, will have to pay an additional 2% State/lodging tax. A new visitor entry fee of US$15 p/person will be applied in the form of a tourist card.
