[updating] All units at Oak 'N Spruce are air- conditioned and have a television. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have between 1 and 2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. Some units have a balcony. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa or 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 has 3 baths, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. There are NO elevators at the resort. Unit assignment is based on availability. UNIT VIEWS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Pets are allowed: A US$55 non-refundable fee is required - contact the resort re- garding the rules that apply to pets. THE RESORT IS IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION OF NEW UNITS. Construction begins at 7 AM Monday thru Saturday. This will result in noise and dust. A US$50 security deposit is required in the form of a credit card imprint (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER CARD).
