[updating] Each unit at Nottingham Village at Friar Tuck is air-conditioned and equipped with a television and VCR. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 and Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 full bed and 1 sleep sofa, full kitchen, microwave and dishwasher. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and Max 6/Pri 4 have full kitchens, microwave, dishwasher, 2 baths, 4 full beds and 1 sleep sofa. Hotel room has two double beds, 1 sleep sofa & 1 bath. Additional unit configura- tions have varying bedding structures. Please contact the resort for details. The resort has two levels and no elevator. If no credit card is used a US$250 cash security deposit is required, refundable 14 days after departure. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY. Some resort activities are seasonal and only available during the summer months. The on-site lake is small and is not suitable for boating.
