A mandatory security deposit is required, payable by cash, check or credit card. There is a US$45 fee for lost keys. Motorcycles, boats, trailers, RV's or other over-sized vehicles are not permitted on site. Those with difficulty climbing should be aware that there are many steps leading to most units, as well as stairs leading to the second floor of each unit.
