All units are 2BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 and are 675 sq ft with 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Check-in time is from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Call 970/453-1724 to notify Peak Property if you will be a late arrival. Your check-in packet will be left in their Key Drop Box outside the office door. A US$250 security deposit is required prior to arrival. Complete and return the Damage Dep. section of the Peak Property confirmation. For close dates, a credit card imprint will be taken upon check-in. No Pets are allowed. Peak Property management can also arrange for airfare, ground transportation, and lift tickets during your stay. Although there is an hourly shuttle to town, a car is recommended to enjoy the area fully.
