[updating] Each unit at Mariner's Point has either 1 or 2 televisions with a VCR. 1BR units are located at the pool/hot tub area & the 2BR units feature a private dock on the lake. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath & 1 king bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, & 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, & 1 sleep sofa. The 2 bedroom units are 2 story townhomes with the bedrooms upstairs. The studio & 1 bedroom units are located in a three story building with an elevator. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A US$100 security deposit is required, payable by Visa, MC, or cash. Having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Late arrivals must contact the resort in advance. Office hours are 8am-9pm Fr-Sa & 8am-5pm Su-Th. THE RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES OCCUPANCY. No campers or RV's are allowed on-site. PERSONAL WATERCRAFT ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE LAUNCHED FROM THE RESORT LAUNCH RAMP. NO OTHER ACCESS TO THE LAKE IS AVAILABLE.
