As the apartments are part of a commercial building, reception is open Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 12pm. New arrivals need to check-in prior to 5pm Friday or by 12pm Saturday. Outside of these times, you can only receive your keys to access your apartment by calling 613 5985 6166 at least two weeks prior to your holiday dates to arrange for the keys to be mailed to you. If you do arrive outside the reception hours, access will only be granted by calling the security guard on 612 8746 0682; this will incur a call out fee of A$80. The pool is the only resort amenity. There are no phones in the units however a pay phone is located in the lobby. Credit card details or a security deposit of A$200 will be required upon check in.
