[updating] Unit amenities at The Longboat Bay Club include air-conditioning, 3 TVs, 1 VCR, a private balcony, a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. Check-in on Saturday-4pm; office hours are Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. Guests arriving after 5pm on Saturday (or any other day) must call the resort during office hours, prior to arrival, for special instruction. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY. THE GUEST WHO CHECKS-IN MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD/MINIMUM. The resort requires a US$100 security/damage deposit (via credit card, check or cash) at time of check-in. The deposit is returned within 14 days after check-out if no damage occurs to the unit. A car is necessary to enjoy the area. The resort offers bicycles, a boat dock, BBQ grills, fishing pier, picnic area, play area for children, basketball and DVDs.
