[updating] All units have air-conditioning, a color television, and fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Not all units have an ocean view. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 Murphy bed and 1 sleep sofa located in the same room. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have either 1 or 2 baths, 1 king or queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, and have varying bedding structures that will include at least a queen bed or larger. IV-223, IV-224, IV-423 and IV-424 are townhouse units with a narrow spiral staircase to bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Check-in at the front desk at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. Please do not contact the resort and request to switch units. The resort will accommodate in the unit confirmed or like unit in case of emergency. The resort does not offer any organized or sponsored activities. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. NO PETS permitted on the premises. A security deposit or credit card imprint is required at check-in. The Tiki Bar is open to the public and draws local crowds for the live entertainment.
