All studio units have both the living room and sleeping accommodations within the same room. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed or 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 5/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 sleep sofa and 1 twin chair/bed also featuring a screened porch with a ceiling fan. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 king beds, a sleep sofa and 2 single chair/beds OR have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 queen murphy bed, 2 sleep sofas, and 1 single chair/bed.
