[updating] All units at Laurel Springs Resort are air-conditioned and include a telephone, television, patio or balcony, whirlpool bathtub and a microwave. Studio units have a kitchenette. All other units have a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Some units have a woodburning stove. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 double bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4, have 1 bath, 1 double bed and a sleep sofa. 1BR units with a loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 2 double beds (bedrooms are very small). 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. If you anticipate a late arrival, contact the resort in advance. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The resort is approximately 20 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. There are no organized activities on site. There is no children's pool on-site. The office hours are 9-5, closed on Sundays.
