Laundry facilities on site. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen/full beds, 1 Murphy bed and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 12/Pri 8 have 3 baths, 3 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 sleep sofas. Pets are not allowed. Paddle boats, mini- bass boats and motors are available to all guests based on availability (there is a small charge for gas). There is also a pontoon boat and wave runners available for rent at a reasonable cost. Lighted boat ramp and docking facilities are also available.
