[updating] All units have a fireplace, a television, a video cassette player or DVD, washer/ dryer and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds or 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. Check-in 4pm Fri and Sun. All other days before 4pm. Office closes at 6pm on Friday and Sunday and 4pm all other days. Make arrangements for a late check-in if arriving after hours. A US$50 security deposit is required. Some amenities require a cash deposit and/ or fee. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake with limited access. Pets are not allowed. If this rule is violated, a fine and eviction will be enforced. Maid service is available for a fee. Units are 2-story with many stairs both inside and outside the unit. The resort is at an altitude of 5,200 feet. This resort is NOT handicapped accessible. The outdoor pool is seasonal. This is a non smoking property.
