[updating] All units at La Boca Casa by the Ocean are air-conditioned and have two televisions, VCR and full kitchen with a dishwasher. All units are 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 and have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa. Resort has two floors with elevator service. Contact the resort in advance if you anticipate arriving after 4:30pm. The office is closed on Sundays. There is a charge for all calls made from the condominium. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. No pets are allowed. The office is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Saturday and is closed on Sunday. Points inbounds changing units or staying partial week pay cleaning fee of $55. All units are located directly on A1A across the street from the beach. Guests will experience some traffic noise. Because the resort is sold out and because all units are identical, the resort is unable to accommodate requests for a different unit.
