Studio units OCC: Max 4 /Pri 2 have 3/4 bath, murphy bed and sleep sofa located in the same room. Recommend only 2 adults and 2 children. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 or Max 4/Pri 2 have 2 3/4 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. SOME UNITS ABOVE DISCO IN SAME BUILDING, SMALL AIR CONDITIONER IN EACH UNIT. Front Desk Hrs 7am-10pm. IF ARRIVING AFTER HRS, YOU MUST CONTACT THE RESORT PRIOR TO CHECK-IN AT 808-923-5887 & ARRANGE FOR A LATE ARRIVAL.IF ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOT MADE, YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. There is a mandatory US$21/wk service charge per unit. A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in and returned 5 days after check-out. All Hawaii Resorts charge a Transient Occupancy Tax.
