[updating] The Island Manor vacation units feature a kitchen area and has cable television and a VCR. The resort is a motel conversion with small studio and one bedroom units. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 murphy bed or a daybed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed and 2 sleep sofas. No pets are allowed. There are no telephones in the units or on the resort property. A US$100 security deposit is required. The use of stairs is required since the resort does not have an elevator. The use of barbeque grills and a picnic area is available for use by the resort guests. Cars can be brought to the island on the ferry, but it is not necessary to have a car to enjoy your vacation. Mopeds, cars and bicycles are available for rent; taxis are also available. Many attractions are within walking distance of the resort.
