The check-in/reception area is located in the lobby and is open 24 hours a day. Notify the resort if a late arrival is anticipated. Taxi service for the entire area is available at the resort. No pets are allowed. The resort is not at the beach. A new visitor entry fee of US$15 p/ er person will be applied in the form of tourist card. All members staying at a Resort in the state of Quintana Roo, will have to pay an additional 2% state/lodging tax.
