[updating] Every unit at Hollywood Sands Resort is air-conditioned and has a telephone, television and a VCR. The full kitchen includes a microwave. Laundry facilities are on site. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and a murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/ Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths, 1 king bed or 1 queen bed and either a sleep sofa or murphy bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and a murphy bed. -Resort has 2 and 3 floors, no elevators. -No pets allowed. -Some units are across the street from the beach. Unit assignments are final and the resort cannot move you to a different unit. -US$100 security deposit is required at check-in and returned by mail. -One parking space per unit only. -Saturday check-in hours are 4pm-9pm. If arriving late, you must contact resort in advance for late check-in instructions. -A car is not necessary, as most amenities are within walking distance.
