Studio/Efficiency (one room) Occ: Max 4/ Pri 2 with 1 bath, 1 murphy bed, 1 sleeper sofa are approx. 264-286 square feet. Studios: Occ: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa are approx. 420 square feet. 2 BR Occ: Max 6/Pri 4 with 1 1/2 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, 1 sleeper sofa are approx. 650 square feet. ALL 2BR UNITS ARE TWO STORY WITH ENTRY ON THE 2ND FLOOR. All 2BR units face the pool, not the gulf. Other units have varying views, not all face the gulf. VIEW IS NOT GUARANTEED. Resort cannot relocate unit assignments. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR ON SITE. RESORT DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. A US$100 security deposit(MasterCard,Visa, check or cash) is required and will be refunded at check-out. If arriving late (after 5pm on Sat & noon on Sun), you must call resort in advance for instructions. Laundry facilities are on site. No organized activities are on site.
