The townhouse units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units with a den OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 2 sleep sofas. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. Due to limited parking, ONLY ONE CAR PER UNIT is available. RV, boat and trailer parking is NOT available. Marina Reservations: 239-597-3549. Storage Reservations: 239-597-3262. A US$100 security deposit is due at check-in in the form of cash or personal check (credit cards are not taken). Office hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday thru Saturday.
