[updating] Each unit at Greenhouse at Fernwood is decorated to provide a relaxed and lovely atmosphere. All units are air-conditioned and have a color television, a telephone and a microwave oven. No irons, ironing boards, mixers or blenders are provided. All units are 1BR OCC: Max 5/Pri 4 with 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 sleep sofa and 1 twin murphy bed. No pets allowed. A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in. There is a charge for each phone call placed from the unit. Ski seasons vary each year, contact resort to verify dates. There is a minimal fee for some amenities at the resort. Boating is restricted, only paddleboats may be used on the lake. Ski slopes and cross- country skiing available 12/26 to 2/28. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. Check-in is between 4 pm and 10 pm.
