The compact studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and an extremely limited kitchen all in 1 room. Studios do not offer a balcony. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/ Pri 4 have 1 or 1 1/2 baths, 1 king bed and 1 murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/ Pri 4 have either 3/4 (no tub) or 1.5 baths, and either of the following bed configurations: 1 king bed and 2 double beds; 1 king bed, 1 murphy bed, and a sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 1.7 baths, 2 king beds, 1 murphy bed and 1 pull out sofa. No handicap units are available at resort. If you anticipate a late arrival, contact the resort in advance for instructions. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The resort prohibits motorhome, boat and trailer parking on the resort property or on the street. No pets are allowed. A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in. There is a MANDATORY US$10 safe rental fee for all guests.
