[updating] Your air-conditioned unit at Estero Island Beach Club features a full kitchen with microwave oven. No dishwasher or garbage disposal is provided. The unit includes a television and private telephone. Not all units will have a view of the gulf, some face the street or parking lot. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, a queen bed, and a sleep sofa. Studio unit 137 is 350 square feet; studio unit 101 faces the parking lot. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 have 2 baths, a king bed, and 2 sleep sofas. The 2 BR unit OCC: Max 6/ Pri 4 has 2 baths, a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a sleep sofa. No pets are allowed at the resort. The resort will not permit anyone to check-in under the age of 23 years old unless accompanied by a parent. Units 101-108 do not have elevator access. Check-in is between 3 pm to 5 pm on Satur- day. If anticipating arriving after 5 pm, contact the resort prior to 4 pm on date of check-in for late check-in procedures. The resort does not provide beach towels.
