Some units have VCR/DVD, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, fireplace and whirlpool tub. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 1 king, 1 queen, 2 sleep sofas, 2 baths and a full kitchen. 2BR units Max 6/Pri 6 have 1.7 or 2.5 baths, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 sleep sofa and a full kitchen. 1 BR "A" units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 sleep sofa and a full kitchen. 1BR "B" units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 are 451 sq ft and have 1 queen bed, 1 sleep sofa, 1 bath and partial kitchen. Studio and Hotel Units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2, 348 sq ft, have 1 queen, 1 bath and partial kitchen. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED!! Guests found with a pet will be assessed a $500 penalty and could forfeit their week. BOAT AND RV PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE. Parking is limited to 1 space per unit. A MC or Visa imprint is required at check-in. Most units have 15-20 stairs, units 603 and 605 have 35. OCCUPANCY LEVELS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. The Stonbridge Welcome Center/Check in Office on Hwy 76 at the Village entrance is NOT for Escapes arrivals. Proceed past the Village following above directions.
