[updating] Each unit is air-conditioned and has cable television. Your partial kitchen features a microwave oven, full size refrigerator and a toaster oven, stove burners but no conventional oven. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 double bed or a double murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 2 double beds or 1 double bed and 1 double sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 double beds, 2 single beds or 4 double beds. No are pets allowed. A security deposit of US$100 payable by check, cash or credit card imprint is required at check-in, refundable upon check-out with the return of the keys, TV remote and payment of telephone charges. A car is not necessary to enjoy the area, but helpful on sight- seeing tours. Please, no motor homes and NO BOATS permitted by city code. Parking: 1 car/unit. Office hours are: 9am-5pm Sunday-Friday, and 8:30-5:30 on Saturday. Please contact the resort to make arrangements to get keys if a late arrival is anticipated.
