The 5 BR have OCC:Max 18/Pri 12 with 1 king bed, 6 queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Springwood Units 86,87,89,90,92,95 and 96 are fully refurbished townhomes with 2 flights of stairs and are located in an adjacent complex. They have full access to all resort amenities. Springwood unit 91 is as above, but located on ground floor. 2 BR have 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and one sleeper sofa. 3 Bedroom has 2 king beds, 2 twin beds and one sleeper sofa. A US $100 security deposit/ credit card imprint is required at check in. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT RESORT. Fees are charged for golf and golf carts- CARTS ARE MANDATORY. Only 2 parking spaces per unit. Late arrivals must use lockbox at door marked Coral Sands. The combination is: Turn knob to the left to clear, Press #3 and #2 together;release and press #1.
