Studio and some 1 Bedroom units are very small. Studio units do not have a view, and not all units have a gulf view, most face the pool. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, and 1 queen bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 or Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 double bed, and 1 sleep sofa. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Daily maid service is not available. A US$200 refundable security deposit is due at check-in which is payable by check or credit card (MC or Visa). No cash accepted. There is a US$.50 charge per local call and cost plus 45% for long distance calls. Resort does not have any sponsored activities. THE UNIT SIZE AND VIEW YOU ARE ASSIGNED IS WHAT YOU WILL OCCUPY, UPGRADES OR UNITS WITH DIFFERENT VIEWS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.
