[updating] All units at Chateau Orleans are air- conditioned, with a microwave oven, coffee pot, toaster, color television and tele- phone. Some units have full kitchens, and some have a whirlpool tub. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 double bed and a sleeper sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths, 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. No pets are allowed. Some buildings have 3 or 4 floors - no elevators. The second bedroom in units 14 and 15 are accessible via a ladder to the loft area. Please call the resort in advance if you anticipate check in after 11 pm on check- in day to receive door code and instruc- tions for keys to your unit. A car is not necessary to enjoy the area. Parking is not available on site, but is available 2 blocks from the resort for US$17 per day.
