Some units have a wet bar. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have either 2, 2 1/2, or 2 3/4 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 3 baths, 3 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. Notify the resort if you anticipate a late arrival. A US$100 security deposit is required upon check-in and returned after unit is cleaned and inspected. No pets are allowed at the resort. A car is recomemded to enjoy the area. No trailers or recreational vehicles will be permitted to park on the property. *Federal Endangered Species Act requires that all window blinds or curtains be drawn from sunset to sunrise. No light is allowed to be seen from the beach to protect the nesting of the sea turtles and is enforced each year from May 1st to Nov 1st. There is up to a US$250 fine that can be charged.
