[updating] All units have window air-conditioners, TV, microwave & refrigerator. All units are under 400 sq ft, sleep 4 but are more suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Units have a view of the pool and a limited view of the gulf. Units 104 & 204 have no view. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have either a 3/4 bath - no tub or 1 full bath, a mini kitchen, 1 queen bed and sleep sofa. The one 2BR unit OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 has 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN AND INFANTS. If arriving after 5pm the office will be closed. Your keys will be in the lock box on the wall out- side the office. Contact resort for combination if arriving after hours. No elevators. Pets are not allowed. THE UNIT SIZE AND VIEW YOU ARE CONFIRMED INTO IS THE SIZE YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED, UPGRADES TO LARGER UNITS OR BETTER VIEWS ARE NOT POSSIBLE. A Credit card imprint or US$50 cash deposit for telephone is required at check-in.
