Each unit features oversized rooms, air conditioning, a full kitchen, a TV with VCR and a private outdoor patio area. Cots, cribs and high chairs are available at no charge on a first come first served limited basis. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, a sleeper sofa and 1.5 baths. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, a sleeper sofa and 1.5 baths. Check in on Fri/Sat at 5:00 - 7:00 PM is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Please notify the property in advance if a late arrival is anticipated. Guests will be unable to check-in until 9:00 AM the following morining if prior arrangements are not made. There is a US$125 security deposit payable by cashiers check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) or money order and is refunded at check- out. The property has two floors and no elevators. No pets are allowed. A car is required to fully enjoy the area.
